As Dream is the living embodiment of everything dream-related, he has certain unique abilities! He's only technically the Dream of the DCVerse, which means his usual omniscience doesn't apply to most characters, but he still has a lot of stuff he can do.

Dreamsensing: Can he detect things you have dreamed about? If so, what might he detect?
Hopesensing: Can he detect your inner hopes? If so, what might he detect?
Talesensing: Can he detect if you have been in some sort of important narrative? If so, what might he detect?
Dreamwalking: Can he enter your dreams?
Sanding: Can he put you to sleep using his sand? Also, I will give a boonbuck to whoever figures out a better word for this than 'sanding'.
